Try to avoid Soda - Dental Nursing

4. Try to avoid Soda, and Cola like drinks. Most Soda drinks have citric acid and phosphoric acid. A good alternative to this would be to buy sparkling water. Soda drinks can slowly react with the teeth and dissolve them. They therefor have a corrosive effect on teeth. Try drinking milk. Milk is great because it promotes stronger jaw bones, and can strengthen teeth.
