Brush Regulalry- Caring for your teeth- Dental Nursing

1. Brush Regularly

It is important to brush regularly. You should do it at least twice a day, although 3 is better. Do it in the morning, after meals and after dinner. You should also floss and use fluoride products which can help prevent cavities in the teeth. You should use a toothbrush which is soft, so it does not damage your enamel layer.
